Janna has been with Village Animal Clinic since 2012. She started at that time as a veterinary technician intern, graduated from veterinary technician school and passed the veterinary technician national exam in 2014, and has been working as a veterinary technician since. In 2015 she attended the Karen Pryor Academy’s Dog Trainer Professional program and graduated as a Certified Training Partner in June of 2016. She is the owner of Paws & Effect, a small business where she provides pet care and training. From a young age she has had her own companion animals, volunteered with shelters and rescues, and cared for the pets of friends and family while they were away. She currently lives in Oregon with her border collie (Remus) and her two cats (Sprite and Potato).
